Refurbished and new build retail units

A scheme to provide four modern units in a town centre location and conservation area. The project involved the demolision of all buildings on the site excepting the facades of three of the units which were retained in line with local planning policy. A successful programme resulted in four units suitable for modern retailing and an integrated street facade.
